‘This is a new stage for me, but at the same time, a natural continuation of my work so far. The new tracks to be performed on “Equalized” bring back the origins of Ten Walls, back to where it all began.

The idea of the tour is to occur more than just an audiovisual performance, more than just an equalized sound. Equalization describes tuning of emotions and empathy. The abbreviation EQ even stands for empathy quotient numerical measure.’

Oud & Opnieuw is de uit de hand gelopen kerstborrel van Buutvrij for life. Alle clichés en taboes die op 31 december weer langskomen gaan enthousiast het raam uit.

Op Oud & Opnieuw beleef je het Oud en Nieuw moment, maar dan 8x achter elkaar, op zomaar een doordeweekse dag in december. Elk uur aftellen, poedersuiker en tongen met vreemden. Hebben we die ellende allemaal maar alvast gehad, nietwaar?

Er is voor Oud en Opnieuw geen gastenlijst. Iedereen koopt een kaartje. En kaartjes kun je alleen maar kopen via ambassadeurs. Dat zijn eigenlijk de ‘vrienden van ‘t feestje’. Allemaal heel verschillende mensen, maar met de dezelfde sympathieke grijns en ontspannen uitstraling. Dikke kans dat je er eentje kent.

Zandbak plakt er tijdens kerst lekker bijdehand een derde kerstdag aan vast: Zandbak Kerstparadijs. Nu het koude, kille, wollen mutsen weer voor de deur staat én wij de intimiteit van onze eerste editie misten, nemen we jullie mee naar de knusse Westerunie.

Nog nooit werd Zandbak zo’n bombastisch spektakel: Tropische glitters, arsenalen aan artifartie en extra-enthousiaste bezoekers die als decor dienen in dit extravagante indoor-carnaval. Je kunt jezelf verliezen in ballonnen, aankleden als de schoenveter van Peter Pan en verdrinken in confettikanonnen. De Westerunie wordt omgetoverd tot nostalgisch speelparadijs waar je jezelf voor eventjes voor de gek kunt houden.

Met je hoofd in de wolken, voeten in de Zandbak.
