👂PROTECT YOUR EARS
Love the Music, Protect your ears! If you don’t have your own earplugs you can buy a pair of Alpine earplugs for €10,- at the tokens-desk in our Chill-Area (Westerliefde).

🔗PICKPOCKETS
Be smart and lock up valuable things such as phones & pasports; pickpockets love ADE!

⛩ENTRANCE
Make sure you have your (printed or e-) ticket ready and your phone screen on full brightness when approaching the front of the queue. Tip: come early and avoid long queues.

🔐 LOCKERS
Lockers can be purchased for € 8 with cash& cards (no Amex).
Want to skip the line? Purchase your locker online via westerunie.elockers.nl for €7,- (excl. fee) and skip the line.

◼ TOKENS
You can pay with tokens at the Westerunie bar & foodstand. Tokens (€3,- ) can be purchased on different places throughout the building with cash or debit/credit-cards (no Amex).

🍌🌭 FOOD
Tosti’s, fruits, candy-bars & ice-Cream are available at the foodstand as well as free bouillon.

♻ RECYCLE YOUR CUP
Help us to reduce our waste!
1. Get your free cup at the bar with the special-cup-token received upon entry
2. Recycle with every drink. Or bring back your cup for a cup-token.
3. Lost your cup? Buy a new one for 1/2 (drink) token at the bar
Cups are NOT exchangeable for money or consumptions.

💊💉DRUGS/ ZERO TOLERANCE
Although Amsterdam is a very liberal city, we have a zero-tolerance policy considering hard & softdrugs at the Westerunie. When you are caught for the use of or the possession of any drugs you will be removed from the event or handed-over to the police (in case of a large amount).  

👮‍ SECURITY
Our Security-staff is here for your and our safety. Please follow their instructions at anytime.

🔂NO RE-ENTRY
Once inside the Westerunie you cannot leave and re-enter on your original ticket. You will have to buy a new one (if available).

🚭 NO SMOKING
No Smoking inside the buildings! In the outside chill-Area, next to the locker-tent, there’s plenty of space! We don’t sell cigarettes inside so make sure you bring enough.

🤒FIRST AID
The First Aid & Security Staff is there to help you. When not feeling well please ask our Security staff or go to the first aid behind the locker-tent!

🔍LOST&FOUND?
Lost or found something? Please bring stuff you found to the Locker-desk during the night. Lost something but didn’t found it at the locker desk send a mail to Lostandfound@westergasterras.nl.

🧧PASSE PARTOUTS HOLDERS
We will save 5% of our capacity for ADE Pass-holders. Please notice that especially with sold-out events we can’t always guarantee that you will get in when our capacity is not sufficient anymore. Maybe you’ll have to wait for a little while.
